The "ENVATECH" ceiling grid system is and integrated ceiling which has the flexibility of including architectural components, mechanical air handling and lighting fixtures. Designer to select components required and edit this specification to suit job requirements.

3. Ceiling Grid System Components

3.1 " Envatech " aluminium extruded grid shall be 380, 500, 1000 and or 2000 series. Ceiling suspension system shall be consisted of 3600mm main runner and 1200, 900 and or 600mm cross runner. Sub grid. All member shall be of standard 6063-T5 aluminium alloy.

3.2 Cross runner shall attach to main runners and other cross runners by mean of an independent steel cross joint set which penetrates and sliding through slots in main runners and other cross runners.

3.3 All grid components of the system may have factory applied polyethylene gasket with adhesive on one side which depend on installation requirements.

3.4 The framing shll comply with ASTM C-635 "Metal Suspension Systems for Acoustical Tile and Lay-In Panel Ceilings" with designation.

4. Installation Components

4.1 " Envatech " aluminium extruded grid shall be 500, 1000 and or 2000 series shall be installed in accordance with ASTM C-636, "Installation of Metal Ceiling Suspension Systems for Acoustical Tile and Lay-In Ceilings."

4.2 Acousticcal panel shall be installed in accordance with the acoustical panel manufacturer's recommendations.

4.3 Lighting fixtures support frames shall be installed in framing by appropiate trade at locations as designated on the reflected ceiling and electrical
